The Teddy Bear's Hospital promises to be an educational, interactive and fun day taking away fears children might have of hospitals by treating Teddy. Teddy will have his blood pressure and temperature taken and will be treated for minor surgery if necessary. All equipment used will be explained and shown to the children and they will be able to help with teddy's check-up. This a charity event and all proceeds go to Clogher NS. For 3 weeks only I'm going to run an after school club!

€6 per class; Mondays & Fridays 3.30-4.30; ages 6+; Liber House Monavalley starting Monday 21 May.

Relax Kids helps children manage anxiety, stress and anger whilst boosting self esteem and confidence. Relax Kids offers classes and products/resources to help children feel calm, self regulate and feel in control. The classes take children from a high energy to a low energy in a 7 step system with movement and warm up, games, stretching, massage, breathing exercises, affirmations and visualisations. Relax Kids classes incorporate mindfulness exercises.

Only 3 weeks remaining in my Liber House location before the studio closes for the summer 🏖🌞

I would like to run some after school classes on a Monday and Friday for these few weeks, suitable for ages 6-12.

TIME 3.30-4.30

I'm going to do this for €6 per class to spread some summer cheer, comment below or direct message me to make a booking
