Today I got on the bike for 40 minutes… and wow, it was tough. Felt weak, drained, and that saddle is not my friend 😂
But I did it.
No perfection, no pressure… just showing up and starting again.

Currently in Namche Bazaar after acclimitisation trek to Everest View Point 3,900m

My guide and porter and the 8kbteam have been amazing an ordeal getting here due to visa issue....but I got here and on time to commence my trek...

No so food optimising plenty of white bread and fried foods but it is what it is...

Long trek tomorrow so bed soon its 7.35pm here 🤣
