My georgous lunch yesterday....take my money!! I adore Turkey and ham and when its on the menu its my go to....treated myself yesterday morning to a spa day in nadur spa in omg it was amazing...followed by a lunch...i had dessert too a strawberry roulade...i enjoyed every bite and that was that birthday treat over and done with! 💆

So glad i was able to do that run!! is coming up to the end of the month and my god i took a goid brrak from the running post marathon..needed the meps to see the month out!

I’m here at a team meeting today and we’re watching videos of life before someone joined Slimming World and then the life they gained after.
The emotion… the physical and emotional pain people carried… the loneliness, the frustration, the feeling of being stuck.

And then the after story.
The life gain.
The confidence.
The freedom.
The joy of getting yourself back.

It’s so poignant to watch. A real reminder that it’s never just about the weight you lose… it’s the life you gain.

Flat out again today! But it aas good very productive....make ahead dinner for tomorrow 😋 chicken, brocolli, mushrooms, creamy sauce 😋 and parmesean..made turkey burgers overnightweetabixcheesecake...the recipe kit for group raffle this week too....time for bed now...

Hoping to get a run in tomorrow 🙏 😩 has to be done....

Showing up...i must admit taking a few weeks,away from classes was tough....but i was mangled sick 😫 and post marathon I was flat out...riding waves my boss calls it...so the path is clear and Im going with the flow....so i got the chance to show up for myself today...the miserable weather wasnt an incentive...but doing this for future me was an incentive enough!
