10 weeks post op and this lady is looking amazing! She’s back to work and exercising as before. 3 hour surgery. 1 night admission. Her pre existing fitness and motivation were key in achieving this outcome. Thanks to her for use of these images.

Antigen testing is the best way to end our reliance on damaging lockdowns. Arguments about low sensitivity are based on a poor understanding of the science. It’s cheap, reliable and allows real time action in prevention of outbreaks. Crucially, it would EMPOWER normal people to influence the current situation. I urge to deploy antigen testing. For screening of asymptomatics in our society NOW!

A painful decision for me, but in order to keep my patients and my staff safe, I feel that it’s the correct one. For to work we all must play our part. For me that means looking at patients due to be seen and deciding which cases can wait and which cases cannot wait. I have tried to do this as ethically as possible. Hopefully this weird moment will pass soon and I will be able to get back to doing my thing ASAP. In the meantime let’s and get this done. I hope that if enough people make these difficult decisions, we can avoid the certain catastrophe that will happen otherwise. 👍☘️💪✊🇮🇪 @ John Curran Plastic Surgery

This 32 year old lady wanted to add some femininity to her incredibly toned and fit body shape. She is a daily gym attender and has the muscles to prove it! We agreed on 350cc smooth round silicone . These were placed in a dual plane (under the ) pocket and her incisions are in the inframammary (under the breast) fold. Surgery was under general and took 75 minutes. took 2 weeks and full recovery (back to the ) took 6 weeks. We aim to keep this procedure as simple and straightforward as possible. This patient gave full consent for use of these images - HUGE thanks to her for that.
