Hands on assist are always available to you. I help you by adjusting you gently, so you learn how the pose might feel better in your body.
But it is always your choice!
If you do not want to be touched, simply turn the card and I will warmly welcome your choice☺️
I have days when I do not wish to be touched too!

Cards will be waiting for you in the class to be turned.
