Most people aren’t low on fibre because they don’t care, they’re low because they think it’s boring or they don't know where to start.

This perfect high protein, high fibre healthy snack...

Ingredients:
1 tin of chickpeas rinsed and dried
200g dark chocolate (85%+)
Sea salt

*Roast the chickpeas in an airfryer for 10 minutes or 30 minutes in the oven.
*Melt the dark chocolate
*Sprinkle over sea salt
*Pop in the fridge for 1 hour to cool and set

😬 Why Probiotics Might Be Making Your Bloating Worse (Not Better)

If you’ve been taking probiotics to “fix your gut” but your bloating hasn’t improved or has actually gotten worse you’re not alone.

Here’s why:

❌ Probiotics are not a quick fix.

They’re often marketed as the cure-all for digestion issues, but what no one tells you is this:

➡️ If the foundations of gut health aren’t in place first, probiotics can cause more chaos than calm.

Think of it like this:

Your gut is like a garden.
Probiotics are the seeds.

But if the soil is dry, toxic, or overgrown with weeds (inflammation, poor diet, stress, or undiagnosed intolerances)…
💥 The seeds won’t grow or worse, they’ll cause an imbalance.

What needs to happen before probiotics:
