Tell patients what to expect and when, immediate changes vs gradual remodelling, typical review windows, and how often maintenance treatments are usually needed.

Clear timing reduces anxiety, improves adherence, and makes outcome reviews far more productive especially when you’re combining modalities (eg. HA vs biostimulators vs energy devices).

Document the plan in the record (timeline, review date, expected maintenance) and confirm it with the patient before you proceed.

He’ll be offering Botox for jowls and the “Nefertiti” neck lift, a non-surgical way to soften jowls and create a more defined jawline with a smoother neck contour.
