Mammy
Everyone feels it, it’s a strange and unwanted one, yet I wouldn’t deny it because it means I felt the unconditional love you gave me.
Many may talk or share your life’s stories, for me it’s a feeling that you & I shared, it’s a blessing and a privilege to have being in the presence of you for all this time. Those I shared you with feel the same, I know this in my heart and soul.
I know I’m your forever baby and I had you for nearly 49yrs and Mammy that was 36 more years than I had Daddy. You were Mammy & Daddy to me for so long. Thank you for holding my hand through all of life’s moments.

You were my forever client who always gave the feedback I needed - honest and truthful as you always were. With tender loving care you gave me your guidance so that each person I met would receive the upmost respect and the best I could offer.

Mammy it’s hard not to have you walk this physical path with me, it gives me a pain I never experienced before. However I truly can feel your presence in my every moment.

Now your resting place I visit, however Mammy, I know you are with us all each and every day, every step of our path. I know it, I feel you in every way. I love you Mammy, I always have and I always will.

When you left us, we knew life would never be the same, in breath, in movement, in each passing day.

We trust that heaven opened its doors to you & Daddy, Joe, Paddy, your own Mama & Dada & your brothers welcomed you home in the style you truly deserve.

New Year Yoga series at Amethyst Health.
This is a completely new series, we will be practicing Kundalini yoga, chanting, meditation, exploring sound & finishing with Yoga Nidra. This class last 90mins to bring you to complete relaxation & to reconnect with your inner peace & wisdom.

How blessed am I to hold space for our Manifesting workshop today, 11/1/26 what a sacred moment on this day. Today is all about new beginnings, heal the past to be able to welcome what’s to come. Winter solstice has brought so many rituals my way to release from the heaviness of the year past, to make room for the new light to lift my soul.
We all carry darkness, at times this is how we can enjoy and embrace the light. Being in the darker months reminds us to go deeper within, to reflect on the areas we need to grow and focus on. Whilst releasing what we’ve grown out off, as we release, it is importance to honour those times in gratitude. These times may have challenged us however, they are, why we are, the way we are today! You may wish to write a letter about it, smudge it to release from it, burn it to allow it transmute all negativity that you may hold to it, then the smoke will bring it to its rightful place in the universe. I then focus on the energy I wish to welcome into my life, setting intentions in gratitude. I give thanks to all those who have walked this path before us, leaving their wisdom for us to learn, love and grow.

We have embraced the dormancy of life and we rejoice in Mother Earth coming back to a renewed life as we embrace this time of year with all its glory, embarking on what is ahead for us, I am in gratitude.

Yule was traditionally celebrated by lighting a candle or decorating trees with holly.

This morning I have light my candle, grounded my fresh coffee and I am allowing the energy to surface.
In this time allow yourself to sit, reflect, release and embrace. I hope you find your way of doing something meaningful this Winter Solstice.

November 11 is a vibrationally powerful day due to the fact that it is the 11th day of the 11 month.

In numerology, the number one indicates new beginnings but when there is a series of ones, like on November 11 (11/11) it creates a powerful energy for the day that allows us to all awaken to a new potential.

At 11:11 on the 11/11 give yourself a moment to sit / stand and reflect on all that is good in your life. To allow more positive energy to flow, allow your thoughts to be optimistic and this will attract the energies of abundance and balance into your life generating new potential in the areas you would like.

Not many people have the privilege of saying happy birthday to their Mom on their birthday. I’m super blessed not just to sing happy birthday but to spend time with my Mammy on her birthday. Here’s to an amazing woman, wife, sister, aunt, nanny, gran, granny, friend & most of all my Mammy, I celebrate every year of you today. Every time Mammy I say I love you, you always reply I love you too & I always will. How blessed am I, extremely grateful. Wishing everyone whose birthday falls today a very happy day. What seems like so long ago since I could look into your eyes & say I love you Daddy, happy Father’s Day. I know each time I place my hand on my heart, you are there right beside me, I’m sure there’s many many times a clout around the ear is what you’d advise however all I ever felt is your unconditional love, support & encouragement. Thank you for paving the way.
Each day now that I sit with my father Inlaw I know I’m truly blessed, to have stolen this time with him is precious to me. In the stories we share over a cup of tea, the laughs, the tears are medicine for the soul, I’m greatly blessed.
To all the awaiting dads, the dads who’s babies are in spirit, to all who like me have being blessed for a short time to have their dad here upon the earth walking alongside us, know that, that love is eternal & will always be.

How blessed are we with the weather we’ve being experiencing here in Ireland. I was privileged to be able to get out & about in it quite a lot.
On one of my jaunts out, we took a medicine walk, it was powerful, healing, exhilarating & simply beautiful in every way. We did ceremony to heal & release wounds that ran deep, when we walked away I felt so much peace. I’m very grateful to hold space & for space to be held for me.
When the time is right you may feel drawn to do this, if I’m the right guide to hold that space for you great, but if I’m not, sit with it, the right person will present themselves. The walk doesn’t have to be a big hike, it can be short & sweet, it’s all in your hands, your journey, your way.

How blessed am I to have a Mammy like mine for my entire life so far. You are amazing Mammy you still show me ways of pure kindness & love in the moments we share, you gave me my world and always encouraged me to be, just me. Thank you Mammy for being mine 💜💜💜

I am so blessed and privileged to have a loving and kind mother Inlaw, who is always happy to share her wisdom and love, not just with a lovely hot cup of tea but a heart so open that also accepts me.

To our spirit babies we send you so much love today and everyday. As when one’s desires to be a Mom are not filled, it can break a little piece of your heart, I am blessed to have amazing beings in my life to fill other parts I never knew existed.

In gratitude to my brothers and sisters In-laws, my sister and brother in-law, for giving me wonderful nieces and nephews, and my nieces and nephews who have given me grand nephews, who have all filled my life with love like I never knew existed.

To all the Mothers including mine who have lost children, how blessed were those children to have you as a Mom even for that short amount of time.

To all the awaiting Moms I wish you every happiness and pure love that you will share with your babies and children.

To all the Moms who have been blessed to be a Mom in different ways, how blessed are you.

Online sessions can be energy work, personalised yoga session, which remedies & supplements work for you as well as nutritional therapy consultation, working through your diet and lifestyle to suit your needs, land and house healing and clearing.

What’s the difference Video call or old school distant healing?
The difference is that the distance healing we don’t connect online; You find a quiet space you can relax in, I connect with your energy, read it, clear what needs to be cleared and send the healing for your highest good. I then send you a report of my findings & recommendations. It’s a beautiful way of healing too. Any concerns you may have or want to focus on, you are welcome to send me before session or just allow the energy to flow where it’s needed. Sit with the energy & see which works best for you.

Online - on camera:
We schedule a time that suits, I send you a payment link.
I connect with your energy before we meet on camera, we connect on line at allotted time, we discuss any concerns or areas you may like to focus on, I then ask you to find a space to relax / lay out / sit to allow the energy to flow, I may use sound, words or silence during this time while I’m working with your energy. We then discuss the findings and remedies as needed which can be breath work, lifestyle adjustments, emotional remedies, practical techniques, and or supplementation.
