Dealing with plantar fasciitis?

This simple low-dye taping technique can help support your arch and reduce pain 👣

In this video, I’ll show you exactly how to apply it using:
✔️ 1.5 inch zinc oxide tape
✔️ Just 3 strips total

You’ll use:
• 1 long strip wrapping around the side of the foot
• 2 shorter strips to support the arch

It’s quick, effective, and a great way to get extra support during your day 🙌

☘️ Happy St. Patrick’s Day from Ultimate Physio! ☘️

Legend says Saint Patrick drove the snakes out of Ireland… but have you ever noticed something else? 👀
