Sometimes it’s hard to work with and deal with the hand life has handed us but it universe is asking of us to try and accepting it and all its sorrow and configurations, for through it all every moment, situation or event has profound value.

Be present in the “now embrace all parts of you and your life and as hard as it might be, be grateful for all that was, is and will be.

It can be very hard to be grateful and let go of negative experiences, just remember expecting “what is” doesn’t mean it’s always going to be change does happen, experiencing profound awareness is n every parts of your being.
