I have been inundated with requests for a beginner Pilates class so I will include this in the timetable for the autumn.

You’ll learn how to support your back, strengthen your core, and stabilise your pelvis while increasing tone and flexibility. With a friendly, supportive atmosphere, this is the perfect place to begin your Pilates journey and feel stronger, lighter, and more confident in your body.
