🥁🥁 What is Drumming Sunday? 🥁🥁

I’ve shared a few of these now, so I thought I’d put a few words to explain what it is.

Drumming Sunday is simply a moment to pause.
I spend a few minutes sharing what came up for me during the past week, and then invite you to listen to some drumming.

A space to slow down, feel, and let the rhythm bring you back to yourself.

There’s no right way to listen.
No need to “do” anything.
Just notice what shifts or comes up as you sit with it.

Some people feel more grounded, calmer or rested.
Some feel emotion move.
Some just enjoy a few quiet minutes.
Wherever you take from it—that’s enough.

I thought I’d share a little about me and this space.

Crystal Daisy is a calm, supportive space I’ve created to help you ground, breathe and reconnect.

Over time, I’ve been drawn to different ways of working with energy and presence—especially through drumming in a shamanic style, alongside crystals and flower essences—and this page is where I share that.

There are deeper elements to this work too, which I’ll share more about over time.

Drumming Sundays are a big part of it 🥁
They’re simple moments to slow down, feel, and come back to yourself through rhythm.

Alongside that, I work with crystals and flower essences as gentle supports for whatever you may be moving through.

There’s no pressure here. No expectations.

Just a space to pause… and arrive.

Happy Drumming Sunday! 🥁✨

I have something a little different for you.
This week’s drumming comes from a very special place — the Güímar Pyramids in Tenerife — where I’m celebrating International Women’s Day with three incredible women.
I feel so blessed to be part of a beautiful group called The Drumming Goddesses ( ), who joined me in the drumming on this video.

Places like this remind me how people have always gathered around stones, nature, and rhythm — for ritual, ceremony, celebration, and connection.
So before we begin, take one slow breath with me.
Breathe in… breathe out… soften.

Sometimes we just need a moment to slow down and return to the rhythm within.
