Ladies, you are welcome to join us on Saturday 14th March, from 4pm – 6pm, for an intuitive sound bath in the Boglands Hedge School of Spiritual Awareness, a beautiful, cosy cabin nestled on sacred Mesolithic Celtic land.

After the sound bath, we’ll gather back gently with teas, coffees and a light snack, giving time to ground and reflect.

🌳About the Space

Boglands Hedge School of Spiritual Awareness, run by Colette and Anthony Whelan, is a sanctuary for learning, healing and connection.
Colette is a herbalist, acupuncturist a local historian and Celtic drumming fasciliator, with a deep-rooted connection to Celtic wisdom and land-based traditions. She also facilitates much-loved Women’s Wellness days, known for their warmth, depth and sense of community.

🌿Sound Healing Facilitator

Sasha O’Great is an advanced sound therapist who offers intuitive sound healing using quartz crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, and other crystal sound instruments.
She has been working with sound therapy since 2020 and is also a practitioner of Celtic Reiki, Usui Reiki, Kundalini Reiki and Rahanni Reiki.

Sasha is a student of Carmel Diviney of the prestigious Celtic School of Sound Healing in Dublin and has co-facilitated sound baths at powerful sacred sites including Tara Hill, Fourknocks and Howth Gardens. Her work is guided by a deep love of sound and a heartfelt intention to support people on their own path through vibration and presence.

Discover the power of ancient symbols through guided drawing of the Seed Of Life. Whether you’re new or returning, Zoe will help you create intuitive artwork based on your personal intention. The start of June brought us a powerful workshop, and it’s only now, weeks later, that I’m truly emerging from it. So much has shifted since then. The sound baths, held in that intentional space, are deeply transformational. When you’re present and even just a little self-aware, you begin to notice the changes they spark… and they go deep.

For me, clarity started to rise around family matters. Those tricky dynamics we all navigate, but no one really teaches us how to manage. I found more understanding, more peace, and some unexpected answers that helped me see the path forward with a clearer mind. Then came my Mountain Skills course in Connemara - my favourite place on the planet - I love Connemara 💚 I thought being in motion, staying productive, happy and close to nature would be grounding. And in some ways, it was. But the real rest came unexpectedly. When I visited dear friends abroad. I slowed down. I let myself be cared for. I was held in love and friendship. And that’s where I truly exhaled.

It made me realise: sometimes, we think we know what we need to come back to ourselves. But often, what truly supports and grounds us comes in the softest, most surprising forms. Quiet, loving moments that remind us we don’t always have to be the ones holding everything together. Sometimes, we just need to accept and allow, so we can receive what’s already there.

For the women who are constantly doing, seeking, holding, fixing.. Maybe what you’re looking for isn’t “out there” or on the next retreat or in the next book. Maybe it’s already right in front of you, just waiting for you to soften, pause, and receive it.❤️

Zoe, an intuitive artist, will guide us to creating intuitive art of our own. You’ll be encouraged to set your intention, tune into your intuition, and connect to your higher self. This process is not about the final result, it is therapeutic, empowering, and reflective. You may even find answers in the drawing itself. All art materials will be provided for you. Just come as you are, ready to explore and create.

After this creative journey, we’ll transition into a deeply calming sound bath, allowing your body and mind to relax fully. The final hour will be filled with soothing vibrations to leave you feeling grounded, rebalanced, and deeply calm.

Myself and Zoe are hosting a relaxed and creative afternoon for women who want to unwind, connect, and try something new.

We’ll start with an introduction to sacred geometry. Zoe will explain the origins and meanings behind sacred geometry. Where it comes from, why it matters, and how these patterns connect to nature, energy, and creation. She will walk us through the famous symbols. She will then guide us in drawing the Seed of Life and exploring the meanings behind these beautiful patterns. And from there, you’ll set your intention and you’ll have space to create your own designs, follow your intuition, explore the patterns, and draw what feels right to you.
No experience needed, and all materials are provided.

We’ll then settle in for a shamanic journey and sound bath, a powerful way to rest, release tension, and feel deeply grounded especially after a such a beautiful, creative workshop.

Perfect for busy working women who need a few hours to themselves, to recharge and be in a calm space with other women.
If you are drawn to sacred geometry, are looking for creative time, or simply want to connect and hang out with other women, this is for you.
