Are you passionate about making a real difference? We’re currently recruiting a Full-Time Health Care Assistant / Carer / Personal Assistant for a Monday–Friday role (including some night shifts) at Clochán House Residential Respite Centre in Tullamore.
At Clochán House, you’ll support adults with physical and sensory disabilities to enjoy a relaxing, meaningful holiday break in a friendly and supportive environment. 💙 Clochán House is part of the Offaly Centre for Independent Living, promoting independence, dignity, and choice.
💶 Salary: €38,734 per annum
✨ What we’re looking for:
✔ QQI (FETAC) Level 5 Major Award in Healthcare Support (essential)
✔ Excellent communication skills & fluent English
✔ Flexibility for day, night & sleepover shifts
✔ Clean C1 manual driving licence
✔ Experience supporting daily living & Independent Living philosophy
✔ Knowledge of HIQA standards
✔ Two employer references
🌟 Desirable (but not essential):
✔ Level 6+ in Healthcare or Social Studies
✔ Manual Handling & People Moving certificates
✔ Experience supporting people with physical or intellectual disabilities
✔ Safe Administration of Medication (SAMS)
