Pros of an online consultation;
- Guidance from your therapist to help free yourself of pain
- Mainly rehab based exercises which is key to help relieve pain and make the biggest impact with any injury
- In the comfort of your home, no travelling

Cons;
- You need to be able to work with your therapist with verbal and visual cues ( A good therapist will make this easy and fun)
- No hands on treatment from your therapist (There are clever alternatives to get similar effects using rehab exercises)
- You require a good internet connection and a bright room
