Led by Michelle Flynn, a qualified Sports Therapist and Pilates Teacher with 30 years+ experience in Physio led Pilates.

This fully Accredited Diploma Course is developed to guide participants from Practitioner to fully Accredited Pilates Teacher in 2026.

Our Midlands based course will guide students through the practical as well as the anatomy physiology and biomechanics of the body, underpinning the core principles of Pilates.
