💗Values Check-In — What Feels Stronger After Cancer💗
After cancer, I noticed working with every single client that “Their values didn’t really change… they just feel them more deeply now, and they are more important than ever.”
And it’s true — cancer rarely creates new, more meaningful values.
It intensifies the ones that were always there.

Maybe you always cared about:
🌿 family, but now time together feels sacred
💗 health, but now you protect your energy fiercely
☁peace, but now you crave it every day
✨ purpose, but now you want your life to feel meaningful
🕊 rest, but now you honor your limits without apology
These values become clearer after cancer —
not because you’ve changed,
but because you’ve returned to what has always mattered most.

Saturday or Sunday, when you have more time, do a little values check-in, because it will:
✔ reduce overwhelm
✔ make aligned decisions
✔ set healthier boundaries
✔ rebuild life with clarity instead of pressure

✨ Which of your values feels stronger now that you’ve been through so much? Your inner compass may be quieter — but it’s also clearer.

Navigating Scan Anxiety — Especially Around the Holidays
She had a follow-up scan scheduled right before the holidays — the kind of timing that makes everything feel heavier.
Lights were going up.
Music was playing everywhere.
People were planning dinners, parties, family photos.
And she was just trying to hold herself together.
She didn’t expect to feel brave.
She didn’t expect to feel festive.
She simply wanted to get through the week without drowning in fear.
Because scan anxiety isn’t a sign of weakness —
it’s the body remembering something hard.
And during the holidays, when the world feels loud and bright,
that fear can feel even more isolating.
So if you’re navigating treatment, waiting for results, or feeling terrified before an appointment…
please know this:
You’re not being dramatic.
You’re not “ruining the season.”
You’re human — and what you feel makes sense.
Let’s also hold in our hearts the women whose Christmas looks different this year.
Let’s check in, soften our expectations, and be generous with our care.
✨ If scan anxiety is something you’re carrying, you don’t have to carry it alone. I’m here to support you through the fear, with gentleness and tools that actually help.

“The 3 Hardest Parts of Life After Cancer — And How Coaching Helps”
Life after cancer often brings challenges no one prepared you for.
These are the three struggles women tell me they face most:
1️⃣ Feeling lost with no roadmap
When treatment ends, the structure disappears.
Coaching offers clarity, direction, and a sense of stability again.
2️⃣ Managing fear of recurrence
The “what if?” thoughts can take over your days.
Together we build emotional tools that bring calm, confidence, and more peace of mind.
3️⃣ Rebuilding energy + routine
Your body has changed — and so have your priorities.
Coaching supports you in creating realistic routines that match the person you’re becoming.
✨ Which one feels familiar? Let’s work through it together.

If you’re navigating life during or after cancer and want support that’s gentle, practical, and grounded, here’s how I can help you move forward:

“Strength Tracking: The Gentle Practice That Changes So Much”
She used to think strength meant pushing, achieving, or being positive all the time.
But during and after cancer treatment, she realised something different:
strength isn’t loud — it’s daily, quiet, and often looks like simple honesty.
So she began a new practice:
✨ Strength Tracking — writing down one way her strength showed up that day.
Some days it was:
• “I asked for help.”
• “I went for a short walk.”
• “I rested when I needed to.”
• “I said no without guilt.”
• “I allowed myself to feel.”
Small moments… but big truths.
Over time, this simple habit helped her reconnect with herself.
It reminded her she was still capable.
It rebuilt confidence in gentle, steady ways.
And it created an identity beyond cancer — one that recognised her resilience, not her exhaustion.
✨ What’s one small act of strength you can acknowledge in yourself today?
Write it down. Say it aloud. Celebrate it.
Your strength deserves to be seen — especially by you.
To support your healing, I’ve created compassionate, practical resources for women during and after cancer:

🥰“Learning to Trust My Body Again”🥰
She didn’t expect this part of recovery to be so emotional.
Not the appointments, not the treatments…
but the quiet moments afterward, when her body no longer felt familiar.

Some days she felt strong.
Other days she felt unsure, watching for signs, double-checking sensations, wondering if she could trust what she felt.

But little by little, she started rebuilding that relationship — gently, patiently, without pressure.
✨ A slow morning stretch
✨ A mindful walk where she let her breath lead
✨ A hand on her heart when anxiety rose
✨ Choosing nourishing meals without judgment
✨ Noticing moments when her body supported her, even in small ways
She began shifting from fear to compassion.
From scanning for danger to listening with kindness.
From feeling disconnected to feeling in partnership with herself again.
And with each small act of trust, she realised:
Healing isn’t just physical — it’s emotional and it has more layers than you would only discover with support and help beside you.
It’s learning to inhabit your body with softness rather than suspicion.
✨ What’s one gentle ritual that helps you reconnect with yourself?
Your idea may help another woman who’s learning to trust her body again too.

🌙 Rest Without Guilt 🌙 Self-care tips and facts just for you
In life after treatment, there’s something almost every survivor quietly wonders:
“Why am I still so tired?”
You finish treatment and hope the exhaustion will lift… but it doesn’t — not right away.
And people mean well when they say, “You look great! You must feel so much better now.”
But inside, you still feel a deep, heavy kind of tired that’s hard to explain.

But inside?

Her body felt tired in a way she couldn’t explain.
Not just physically — but emotionally and cellularly.
One day her doctor said something that changed everything:
✨ “Fatigue can last long after treatment. Your body is still repairing itself deep inside.” ✨
Think about that.
Your body is literally rebuilding tissue, repairing DNA, restoring balance, and generating new, healthy cells.
This takes energy — a lot of it.
And here’s the truth no one tells you:
🧬 Rest supports stem cell activity.
When you sleep or nap, your body increases repair signals.

You’re not being lazy — you’re healing.
💗 Less stress = better recovery.
Quiet time calms the nervous system, lowers inflammation, and gives your body space to recover from months (or years) of survival mode.
🖊️ And research has shown again and again:
Survivors who pace themselves, rest when needed, and avoid rushing back into overwork often recover more steadily and feel better long-term.
So if your body is whispering for rest…
Please listen.

You deserve to slow down without guilt.
Ways to rest with intention:
😴 short naps
🛏️ early bedtime
🤫 quiet hours in the day
📵 tech-free evenings

Healing takes energy — and it’s okay if you don’t feel like your old self yet.
You’re rebuilding. You’re becoming. You’re allowed to rest. 💛

💬 Does guilt show up for you when you rest?

🌟 What Coaching Gave Me That Treatment Didn’t
Beautiful woman…
If you’re reading this, I want you to take a slow breath with me.
You’ve already walked through so much — more than most people will ever understand.
And yet, after treatment ends, you’re handed your life back…
without instructions, without a roadmap, and without the emotional support you actually need.

Let me tell you a story — maybe one that feels a little like yours.
There was a woman who finished treatment and thought she was supposed to “get back to normal.”
People around her were relieved. They celebrated her.
She tried to celebrate too… but inside?
She felt lost.
Exhausted.
Unsure who she was now.

Everyone said she was strong — but she didn’t feel strong at all.
What she needed wasn’t more positivity.
Or more “you’ve got this.”
Or people telling her how grateful she should feel.
What she needed was:
Confidence — to believe in her body again, and trust her choices.
Structure — because her days felt blurry and directionless.
Emotional grounding — something steady when fear or overwhelm tried to take over.
A safe space — somewhere she could speak honestly without protecting everyone else’s feelings.
Guidance to rebuild herself — not who she was before cancer, but who she was becoming now.
She didn’t get that from treatment…

✨ She found it in support of life coaching. ✨
And maybe… this is the moment where you realise you need that too.
If treatment healed your body,
coaching helps heal your life after.
You don’t have to carry all this alone, love.

💗 You deserve support that feels gentle, real, and nourishing — especially during or after cancer.
And sometimes the first step is as simple as speaking your needs out loud. This is what you can personally do to feel better and prioritize your health and your recovery:
💗 “I need rest today.”
💗 “I need reassurance.”
💗 “I need to ask to get some help.”
💗 “I need time for myself.”

When you voice your needs, you’re also:
✔ increasing your self-respect
✔ building your confidence
✔ releasing guilt that was never yours to carry
You are allowed to take up space — with your healing, your boundaries, and your hopes for the future. That is yours, and no one can take it from you. It is fully yours, take it in time and use it well for your recovery, instead of worrying and being anxious.
You are NOT alone in this journey. 💗

“The Day She Realised She Was Changing”
There wasn’t one dramatic moment…
No single day where everything flipped upside down.
Instead, she began noticing small signs that she was changing — quietly, steadily, in ways she didn’t expect.

Like the morning she realised she could breathe a little deeper.
The afternoon she found herself laughing again.
The moment she caught her reflection and thought,
“ I’m becoming someone stronger, softer, wiser.”
Healing didn’t arrive all at once.

It showed up in tiny, almost invisible shifts —
in courage disguised as getting out of bed,
in hope disguised as planning tomorrow,
in strength disguised as asking for help.

✨ What small shift have you noticed in yourself lately?
Sometimes the quietest changes are the ones that matter most.

🌟 THEN & NOW: A Story of Strength, Healing, and Becoming “Me” Again 🌟

There was a time when just getting out of bed felt like a victory. When the mirror didn’t feel like my friend. When fear was louder than hope.

✨ But now?
I see strength where I once saw struggle.
I feel joy where I once felt uncertainty.
I celebrate the woman who kept going — even on the hardest days.

If you’re in the thick of recovery, please remember this:
💛 Healing is not linear.
💛 You’re not behind.
💛 You’re becoming.

If today feels heavy, I created resources to bring clarity, hope, and guidance — because no survivor should walk this path alone. ❤️‍🩹
