I’m looking forward to gathering again for in-person yoga at the Knocknacarra Community Centre.

There’s something grounding about the thought of coming back to the rhythm of weekly classes — especially in this quieter, darker season when our bodies are still adjusting from winter’s rest to the slow stirrings of spring.

IN-PERSON YOGA with Ciara starts back January 13th and 14th 2026 Tuesday 2 classes, Wednesday 2 classes. Slow and Mindful, Medium, and Strong.
