Dziś fotka nadesłana od naszej pacjentki, która osiągnęła już cel z jakim się do nas zgłosiła. Pacjentka jest wegetarianką, co często powoduje problemy w postaci odpowiedniego ułożenia makro składników, gdzie zwykle dominują węglowodany. Po szczegółowym wywiadzie, wychwyciliśmy błędy żywieniowe oraz możliwości ich skorygowania. Mimo eliminacji mięsa i ryb udało się uzyskać nie tylko odpowiedni deficyt ale także odpowiednio wypełnić energię, redukując podaż węglowodanów. Efekt oceńcie sami. The patient is a vegetarian, which often causes problems with appropriate set of macronutrients, where carbohydrates usually dominate. After a detailed interview, we detected nutritional mistakes and propose the possibilities of correcting them. Despite the elimination of meat and fish, we managed to achieve not only the appropriate deficit but also the proper energy supply, reducing carbohydrates. Judge the effect for yourself.
