Some of tomorrows class will see us focus on breathing technique. Incorporating proper breathing may help to relax the muscles, particularly in the neck and shoulders and avoid unneccesary tension. A proper breath pattern should encourage the engagement of the core muscles and provide better stabilization through the pelvis and entire lumbo-pelvic region.

Shoulder stabilisation is important as they serve as anchors for the arms and also support the cervical spine. Some of tomorrows class will focus on exercises to improve stabilisation as well as stretching the sometimes over worked muscles of the chest and shoulders! See you all bright and early ☺💪👍
