We’re starting back on the 14th of January in the Backyard, Moynehall Cavan.

A huge thank you to all the amazing mums and babies who joined my classes, library events, and talks this year. 💕 It’s been such a busy year and I’m so grateful for every single one of you.

Running two classes weekly has been a big success, and I’m excited to share that 2026 will bring even more classes, events, and lovely things for you and your little ones. Lots of exciting things ahead!

Wishing you all a Happy Christmas and health, happiness, and calm moments in 2026. 🎄💛

Baby massage classes are starting back on the 14th of January, 5 week block running at now two times from 10:00 to 11:30am and 1145 - 115. The Backyard in Cavan.

These classes are a beautiful way to bond with your baby, meet other parents, and learn techniques that can help with sleep, colic, and overall well-being. 💆‍♀️👶

Week 2 of Baby Massage

This week we focused on gentle strokes for the chest and stomach 🤱💆‍♀️💖—helping little ones with comfort, bonding, and digestion.

It was such a lovely session filled with chats, laughter and connection 💬☕🫖. A big thank you to all the wonderful parents who joined, shared, and made the morning so special.

These classes are as much about creating a space for you as they are for your babies 🥰.

Please Dm to book into my next baby massage block on Wednesday, November 5th, from 10:00 to 11:30am at The Backyard in Cavan! 💛
Its a 5 week block and the class is for an hour and half an hour for ☕️ and treats 🥰.

If enough interest I can run a second class.

I’m so happy to share that baby massage classes are starting back on Wednesday, September 17th, from 10:00 to 11:30am at The Backyard in Cavan 💛

After taking the break from classes over the summer to spend time with my own little ones, I’m really looking forward to getting back to what I love — supporting parents and their babies during this special stage. 🥰
