Class starts at 10.30am, in the Walkinstown Community Centre. Arrive 5 mins before and all you will need is yourself, a drink and a towel.

For anyone facing challenges in their life, are struggling with how they are feeling or want to re-set for the year ahead, our therapy group will be running again soon in WGRC with Marie Therese.
Group Therapy can often encourage a feeling of support among others experiencing similar situations.
