The service is staffed by a panel of highly professional and qualified personnel. We work within the parameters of the harm reduction model and are non judgemental and supportive in our approach. Walkinstown Greenhills Resource Centre work in partnership with many other organisations and where we feel that the services we provide do not match the support needs of the client, we are in an excellent position to refer on to the most appropriate service. The services and facilities provided by WGRC are supported by funds from the following organisations and agencies; The Community Foundation, ESB Generation Fund, National Lottery, Mental Health Ireland, Tower Credit Union, Gambling Awareness Trust, Dublin 12 Drug & Alcohol Task Force (HSE), South Dublin County Council, Dublin County Council and Dept of Justice. Group Therapy can often encourage a feeling of support among others experiencing similar situations.
