Meet Jay.
She was only diagnosed with Parkinson’s in April this year and has naturally been dealing with the emotional turmoil that comes with such life-changing news.

Despite all of that, she has already experienced a dramatic improvement in her symptoms within just one week. That shift has given her a whole new lease of hope and belief in the possibility of reducing her symptoms further.

Keep an eye out for updates from Jay as she continues to work with me and shares more of her improvements in the weeks ahead.

Returned after 3 weeks in lovely lanzarote to this magnificent sunrise, something we had every morning in Lanzarote.
Also very excited to work with new clients that already have had massive improvements and will be sharing this with you soon.

Absolute gratitude fills my heart and soul when I think of the Parkinson's retreat that we just completed in Lanzarote last week.

This day last week we finished and I'm still holding the high vibrations, the love, the learnings, the success and all the healing that all came from it.

Here is just a few pictures of an amazing week and thank each and every one of my clients that came from Ireland and England to Lanzarote and Deborah, Nicola, Breda, and Dave for assisting me and helping me make this dream come true.

The villa was just perfect with idea location for stunning sunrise and set everyday.
It had loads of different areas and lots of space for privacy and meet up spaces.

Dates already booked for same villa this time next year and alrasdy have so many ideas for it to be even bigger and better than this year 🥰🥰🥰

Feeling gratitude for one and all.

✨ 11/11 Divine Alignment ✨

It wasn’t a coincidence , it was a God-incidence that our very first Parkinson’s Retreat began today, on 11/11, the day of divine alignment and new beginnings.

We started the day with a beautiful manifestation practice, setting powerful intentions for healing, growth, and connection. Then, we dove into our first session, bringing Wayne Dyer’s powerful affirmation “I am enough” to life.
It was incredible to see everyone truly embody those words and feel their energy shift.

What an honour it is to witness such courage, openness, and transformation,
to hold space for people as they overcome challenges, set meaningful goals, and begin to realise their true potential.

Today has been a dream come true for me, a day filled with purpose, pride, and pure gratitude. I’m so proud of everyone here and deeply thankful for the magic we’re creating together.

Here’s to day two tomorrow with love, light, and laughter,

A lot of the work we explored and the wisdom we shared this week came through the timeless teachings of
Dr. Wayne Dyer , a man whose words have personally guided me through some of the biggest challenges in my own life.

It has been a real privilege to weave his philosophy into our sessions and to witness how his insights continue to touch hearts and open minds.

One of my all-time favourites is:

“When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.”

That simple sentence has completely transformed how I approach life.
It reminds us that healing, happiness, and possibility begin with perception that shifting our inner vision changes everything we experience on the outside.

I’ve just had new awareness and realisation about how I view some big issue going on in the world that has helped me release negative and fearful feelings and replace with hope and positivity.
It’s so true, everyday is a school day 😁

As we prepare to wrap up the first retreat and get ready for the next, I’d love to leave you with a little inspiration

If you’ve never come across Wayne Dyer before, I highly recommend looking him up — his books, talks, and audios are full of practical wisdom and quiet magic.
He was truly one of the best.
