Hi Everyone👋🏻
Firstly I want to thank each and every one of you for your continued business in making 2025 a really busy year for the clinic🫶🏻

The clinic is fully booked this coming Monday 22nd and Tuesday 23rd of December, and the clinic is then closed from 24th for Christmas holidays🎄🎅🏼

I will be open for a few appointments on Tuesday 30th December, for any appointment bookings for that date, or for the New Year, WhatsApp me on 087-3329685 and I’ll get back to you when I can☺️

The clinic will be back to normal working hours from Monday 5th January🙌🏻

Christmas has come early in the clinic 🎅🏼🎄

Delighted to now offer Ultrasound Therapy as another treatment at the clinic.

Ultrasound Therapy is used to target soft tissue structures such as ligaments and tendons.
This therapy aids healing by promoting blood flow to the injured tissue and helps to reduce pain.

A great celebration at the awards night for the Oscar Traynor team and management, for their huge win in both the Munster and All-Ireland Finals🥇🏆

A huge achievement for the Waterford Oscar Traynor team in winning the All-Ireland Final on Sunday⚽️
The team had also won the Munster Final previously this season👏🏼

It has been been a pleasure to work with the team and management as their Athletic Therapist for the season 🏆

Huge congratulations to Craig Maher, the manager of the team, whom I also work alongside in Ferrybank AFC⚽️🙌🏼

On-Field Emergency Care is another main aspect to my business, outside of the clinic setting.

I work with various teams, covering both training and matches. I am the main care giver for that team, which involves assessing injured players, providing treatment and rehabilitation.
This is a really enjoyable aspect to my job as I get to work with players, and help them return to play after injury.

I have worked with various sports teams in soccer, hurling, football and camogie.
I am the Certified Athletic Therapist (CAT) for the Ferrybank Premier Team and the Waterford Junior and District League Oscar Traynor team⚽️
