This Saturday we’re bringing you something truly special a women’s workshop that blends yoga, Chinese medicine, and hormone health into one powerful morning. 🌿💜

🪷 Ellen Hennessy will guide you through a grounding yoga practice, helping you release tension and connect with the water element.

🍵 Grace Russell will lead a calming tea ritual and talk sharing why the water element matters as the seasons shift, and how simple diet & lifestyle tweaks can ease hormone symptoms.

This isn’t just another class 🧘‍♀️ it’s a space to understand your body, restore balance, and connect with other women walking the same path. ✨
