One Day Lenten Retreat

The Holy Season of Lent offer an opportunity to reorientate and refocus our lives through the spiritual practices of Prayer, Fasting and Works of Love.

This one-day retreat provides an opportunity to do so in the prayerful setting of Glenstal Abbey.

Beginning with tea and coffee at 10.30 am, the day includes talks, Mass, lunch, a Holy Hour (with an opportunity for confession).

Speakers: Fr Simon Sleeman, Fr Fintan Lyons, Br Colmán Ó Clabaigh.
