OT Treatment Program:
We use activity analysis to assess tasks that have been difficult to the child/young person. I analyse their physical, cognitive and environmental needs and provide individual plan and develop new strategies to enable to continue to do the activities they need or want to do. OT Skills Program are given through meaningful activities of fun and learning that will help them in their day to day activities. These are handwriting , touch typing, arts and crafts, cooking, baking, indoor games and outdoor games, mindfulness, alert exercises “ just right engine”, personalised sensory diet,:

Focusing on developing and improving 3-4 of the following skills during each session;

Self Care Skills ( Feeding, dressing and undressing, shoe lacing, using the toilet, grooming etc.) Gross Motor Skills ( Core upper limb stability )
Fine Motor Skills
Organisational Skills Management
Coordination ( Eye hand and arm hand coordination)
Praxis ( ideation, motor planning & execution)

Sensory integration (tactile, proprioception & balance)
