Creation Sound Therapy is a Meditation Centre based in Tramore, Waterford. Our Studio is a welcoming space, located near the Sea.

Various therapies are available such as Tibetan bowls, tuning forks,drums and more. My name is John Barron a Sound Practitioner with the Sound healing academy. I’m a Waterford based Sound therapist, drummer & teacher and who uses gongs, singing bowls, drums and other percussion instruments to create soundscapes that relax and rejuvenate the mind body and spirit through sound and rhythm. The impact of sound frequency on the Vagus nerve ***One study conducted on healthy individuals found that exposure to low-frequency sounds (DRUMS!) led to increased heart rate variability, an indicator of Vagus Nerve activity. ****Sound frequency stimulation has also been found to enhance brain activity and mood. A study conducted on individuals with mood disorders revealed that exposure to specific sound frequencies resulted in increased activation of the Vagus Nerve and the release of neurotransmitters associated with positive emotions. ****These findings highlight the potential of sound frequency as a non-invasive and drug-free approach to improve mental well-being.
