Various therapies are available such as Tibetan bowls, tuning forks,drums and more. My name is John Barron a Sound Practitioner with the Sound healing academy. I’m a Waterford based Sound therapist, drummer & teacher and who uses

Drumming is primal, rhythm is something we all live and breath, playing a drum can open you to all sorts of experiences! It's a very groovy way to relax and switch off.
