Reiki is ideal for anyone who suffers from a long term illness or who may suffer from constant migraines, aches, worry, anxiety or sleep deprivation. You can use this amazing self healing technique on yourself on a daily basis to relieve any pain and discomfort.
Once certified to Reiki Level 1 you have the ability to heal yourself
