Not all support looks the same and it shouldn’t 💛

At Autastic, support is individual, neuroaffirmative, and built around real life, not systems that don’t fit.
From individual support, parent workshops, psychological supports and advocacy, to employment guidance, report translation and application support. Everything we do is centred on the person, not the label.

We work with neurodivergent teenagers, adults, and parents to create clarity, confidence, and practical pathways forward without judgement, pressure, or overwhelm.

Support shouldn’t feel complicated. It should feel safe, empowering, and human.

If you or your family need support that truly understands neurodivergence, get in touch 💬

Support that understands, not just accommodates 💫

At Autastic.ie, we provide neuro-affirmative supports for individuals, families, schools and organisations. Always led with compassion, understanding, and real-life experience.

From one-to-one psychological support and family advocacy, to parent workshops, school support plans and neuroinclusive workplace guidance, our focus is simple:

👉 helping neurodivergent people feel supported, empowered and understood.

Led by Amanda Fox, Autastic is rooted in collaboration, dignity and practical support because no two brains (or journeys) are the same.

Ever wonder why your teen struggles with things that seem “easy” for others?

Noise feels unbearable. Emotions escalate fast. Sleep is a battle.

School expectations feel overwhelming. Social situations are exhausting.

That’s why I’m starting a 10-week in-person workshop series for teens (12–17) focused on understanding themselves and learning practical skills they can use immediately.

✨ In these workshops, teens will learn:
* Why their brain works the way it does.
* How to manage sensory overwhelm and big emotions.
* Tools for anxiety, focus, sleep, and routines.
* Communication, confidence, and self-advocacy skills.

All sessions take place in a calm, supportive environment, with:
✔ Small groups (max 4 teens).
✔ Regulation breaks + optional social time.
✔ Two FREE parent sessions (before & after the programme).

📅 Starting January 17th.
📍 Autastic Offices, Airport Business Park.

👉 Book a free parent session to see if this workshop is the right fit for your teen and ask any questions you may have.

Why are in-person workshops better than online? 💛

Because real support, real connection, and real practice make all the difference.
In-person workshops help teens:
✨ Build confidence and social skills.
✨ Manage emotions and sensory overwhelm.
✨ Learn practical strategies they can use every day.

No screen can replace the feeling of being seen, understood, and supported in the moment.

👉 Book a free parent session to see if these workshops are the right fit for your teen.

When parents tell me this… it means everything 💛

Supporting neurodivergent teens is about helping them understand themselves, feel safe, and build skills that actually work for their nervous system.

These words come from parents who’ve seen:
✨ increased confidence.
✨ better emotional regulation.
✨ improved understanding of their teen’s needs.
✨ less overwhelm at home and school.

Every teen is different, which is why my work is:
✔ Neurodiversity-affirming.
✔ Calm and supportive.
✔ Practical and tailored.
✔ Focused on real, everyday life.

If you’re wondering whether your teen might benefit from this kind of support, you don’t have to decide alone.

👉 Book a free parent session to talk things through, ask questions, and see if my workshops or 1:1 support are the right fit for your child.
