Almost a year ago, I started a painting for Jason… I lost my mojo for a while, as I do quite often! I’m back at it now though and hopefully he’ll be able to hang it by Christmas! 🙄🤣

So, being the Queen of procrastination, I haven’t put brush to canvas for months! Today, I purchased new tools and supplies! Now that The Man-Boy is back in school, I may actually have the time and peace to paint again! I have a work in progress to finish and another to do after that but if anyone would like a piece, let me know! 🤓🤓🤓

So, I lost my painting mojo a good while ago, due to mental health... I recently found out that a certain young lady was a fan of my art so I decided to do a painting of her favourite band, as a Christmas gift. Thanks to this young lady, I have got my mojo back! Hopefully it will last this time!!! Thank you Chloe!!! Hope you like it!!! 💖💖💖 Here’s the painting! (Forgot to take a decent photo before I gifted it!)

Last year, I donated a voucher to a fundraiser, organised by the firefighters of Casement Aerodrome, to raise money to send the daughters of Billy Lenihan, a dear friend and colleague they tragically lost, to Disneyland. The gentleman who won the voucher has decided he wants to use it to commission me to do a painting for the fire station in Casement Aerodrome to remember Billy by. Although I never had the privilege of meeting Billy, I know how much he meant to everyone who knew him. I am very much looking forward to doing this piece...

Jason and I are BEYOND excited about going to see this on Thursday!!! We've waited SO long for it to be released!!! I get emotional every time I watch the trailer so you can be sure I'll be bawling when I watch the movie!!! It's the world's first fully painted movie AND it's about my favourite artist of all time!!! You can't get much better than that!!!
