Hi my name is Barry,
I have been working in the fitness industry for nearly 20 years nowand have seen it all!! I have years of experience in dealing with clients and getting them results! I'll be the first to admit there is still so much for me to learn out there but I think as a good trainer you always must admit you don't know it all and you must continue to research , question and be open to new ideas and opinions. I have worked in many gyms in both Waterford and Cork and have also worked as a PT in Australia. I have many qualifications so can help you with your fitness goals using peersonal training, private group training and now offering sports massage to help any tension, injuries etc you may have! I have a keen interest in weight loss and body fat reduction and helping people reach their fitness goals which inturn improve their self esteem and confidence which is also a great benefit from physical activity!!

but ill start with my first full day there!!
As the usual saying goes,

As I sit here in seville sipping my last coffee before heading to the airport,

I just wanna say Happy New Year to all!

I honestly really do appreciate each and everyone of you and know full well I wouldn't be here (in Spain or business 🤣) without you guys!

But .... if you struggled and things didnt go to plan but you are still standing, celebrate that!

We are 8 years old 🤣🙈
That's not bad for a little gym and a man who doesn't like to commit 🤣
Alot had changed inside and outside of these walls over the last 8 years but I just wanna say thank you to all clients, past and present and maybe future who have come through these doors!!
And to anyone who has supported, helped and trusted us over the years!

If we make it to 10 years.......
please stop coming and make me close 🤣🤣🤣
