A welcome peep from a swimming seal to lazing in the sun, a new born pup to the setting sun. These beautiful creatures in their habitat a place they call home. I spent some weeks working in the fields and shoreline with a conservation group making sure these and others continue to thrive. It was magic!!
One lesson I learned was when seeing the pups their golden coats, so tiny in comparison to their adults, immediately my arms ached to hold them protect them from the weather. To humanly wrap them in blankets What a nightmare that would have been for them!! To suffer my humaness!!
Take away: not all one size fits all 💚

They say the Bear was born not of the earth, but of the silence between thunder.
He did not speak often — not because he had nothing to say, but because his voice was meant for moments that mattered.

When storms broke trees and rivers forgot how to flow, the Bear did not run.

His fur holds the colors of autumn leaves, ancient clay, and forgotten fire.
His eyes reflect not the world outside, but the stories buried within you.

The elders say he carries the wisdom of those who walked before — not loud, not proud, but patient.
He teaches not with words, but with presence.
With weight.
With quiet knowing.

They call him Tawíya — The Silence That Carries Mountains.

He comes when you need to be reminded:
You don’t have to roar to be strong.
You don’t have to fight to be brave.
You just have to remember who you are — and stand there.

3 night moon cycle. Blessed by the weather and sky to watch grandmother moon rise. Holding still by the shore prayers carried by the air, the water, the fire of a small candle standing rooted into the earth. May there be peace within me, may I share peace with others in prayer, may I bring peace to the world around me.

Walking along the shoreline this morning when this cute little face smiled at me.
What a surprise! She filled me with a sense of wonder.
Are you made?
Made by hand?
Or sea worn?
Do you hold some mystical knowledge?
Are you Devine Feminine?

Immediately sat for a while, shared a song or two magical morning in great company ✨️
