Its a bank holiday weekend here so Yoga for Mid-Life and Menopause will be on MONDAY at 8.30pm
This is Week 4 of our 8 week series. We will be using our weights and resistance bands in our poses! Its a fun, up tempo class with great energy and support from and for all 😍
Half yoga class, half women's circle, these classes are not just about movement but give so much more!
