Low back pain is the most common issue we see in our clinic, and oftentimes our clients report that their past treatment has consisted ONLY of interventions like massage, needling, cupping etc directed at this local area of the spine
These interventions aren’t necessarily bad, but what we’re most often seeing is a CONCENTRATION of pressure in this area of the low back, because we’ve lost the ability to SHARE/DISTRIBUTE that pressure elsewhere
And to share that pressure, we need to consider how the low back interacts with the structures above & below, and this can open many more options for clients on their journey to improving their pain 🔑
