Yoking In Action Yoking In Action is a page set up to share my knowledge and thoughts on physiology, psychology and philosophy. we can do it through our body.

This page will be about human movement, psychology and philosophy. We'll cover yoga to release muscular tension, strength and conditioning and grappling. We will also discuss the mental effects and how the body is a physical representation of the mind, and if we want to relieve mental tension (stress, anxiety etc.)

I first started Yoga so my hamstring tendon wouldn't pop out of position when I trained jiu jitsu (really tight hamstrings).

I have commenced ground breaking ultra scientific studies (involving a stopwatch) to test the benefit of: 'Urjiah breath' (partially closed glottis) + core activation VS 'normal breathing' + core activation to see which is better for trunk stability. No tradition will be held sacred. Let the tests begin.....
