My go-to banana oat cookies 🍪
Simple. Nourishing. No fuss.
One bowl. No mixer. No overthinking.
Mash the bananas, throw everything into a bowl, mix it up, shape into cookies, and pop them onto a lined tray.
Preheated oven at 180°C. Bake for 20–30 minutes until golden.
This is one of my favourite steady-energy snacks - especially if you’re training, juggling work, managing kids, or trying to avoid the afternoon slump.
They’re great for busy parents who want something simple in the house that actually fuels everyone.
