I know it's been glorious weather for all of a day but did you know that you can top up on that Vitamin D without waiting for the sun to shine (which to be fair is rare enough) really we should all be taking this as a nation our Vitamin D levels are low. A bargain at €15 for a t two month supply.

We have been getting lots of questions about vaccination lately. Understandably everyone is a little anxious about when it will be there turn and we hope to be able to help when the time comes but for now we'll patiently wait.
