There’s a steadiness around this week that I can’t ignore.

Not loud.
Not urgent.

On St Brigid’s Eve, a scarf, ribbon, or cloth is placed outside overnight.
It is believed that St Brigid walks the land, blessing homes and all who honour her.

By morning, the cloth becomes Brigid’s Brat,
a symbol of healing, protection, and renewal for the year ahead.

• Hold it and set an intention
• Place it outside overnight
