Join us for a deeply nourishing Winter Solstice Sound Bath, preparing us for the longest night of the year this coming weekend and the sacred turning back toward the light. This is an invitation to slow down, release the old, and rest in the quiet wisdom of the season.

As you are guided through a Solstice Meditation waves of healing sound—crystal bowls, chimes, and grounding tones—will support you in letting go of what no longer serves you and planting gentle intentions for the cycle ahead. The vibrations will help calm the nervous system, soften the mind, and reconnect you with your inner stillness.

The Winter Solstice reminds us that even in the darkest moments, light is quietly being reborn. Come as you are, rest deeply, and allow the sounds to carry you into renewal, balance, and reflection.

We are very excited and delighted to announce that this workshop will now be held pottery studio in Castlebar. An amazing space run by amazing people 🌟
Are you fascinated by the symbolism and imagery of tarot? Join us for a hands-on workshop where you’ll draw, collage, cut, and paint your very own tarot card! Step into the world of mysticism and divination as you enter an art workshop unlike any other—a creative space where intuition becomes your guide and imagination becomes your oracle.
Guided by Will and the beautiful sounds and frequencies of Mels’ Gongs and soundscapes you will enter a sacred space  where creativity becomes ceremony and sound becomes a compass.

You begin by receiving a gentle tarot reading, a moment of reflection in which the cards reveal themes, symbols, or messages meant just for you. Followed by an introduction to the Major Arcana and the four suits of a traditional tarot deck, then explore a variety of decks to uncover the meanings behind their symbols and illustrations.

William will guide you through different painting styles, materials and techniques sharing his knowledge and experience with you all. As Will guides and encourages you to let the sound sound lead your hand and artistic vision the gongs shift and swell, evoking visions and creative flow.

With this inspiration, you’ll be ready to create a personal, guiding card of your own design.

All skill levels are welcome, and all materials will be provided—just bring your curiosity!
