We will be closed Friday 6th May, Sat, Sun, Mon & Tuesday 10th May to say a heartfelt farewell & celebrate a life well lived of Mike’s wonderful Dad. Thanks so much to all those patients who moved their appointments & also for understanding that your glasses might take an extra few days. We promise to work extra hard to catch up with all the orders & messages when we’re back on Wednesday 11th May.

We're closing for our Easter Break at 3pm today.
We'll be closed from Holy Thursday 1st April through to Easter Monday 5th April. Back Tuesday...

Happy St Patrick's Day to all our lovely patients & friends!
Thank you so much for your ongoing support. We're closed today, back as normal tomorrow. For the day that's in it, although green eyes are actually pretty rare (only around 2% of us). Enjoy!

Apologies! We are closed today because we’re well & truly snowed in! We tried very hard this morning but just couldn’t get anywhere. Huge thanks to Deirdre for putting a sign on the door for us & Russell & Margaret for pushing the car last night when we got stuck. ⛄️❄️

We would like to wish all our patients a very Happy Christmas.

We closed for the holidays on Friday 18th December at 9pm & we'll be back at 9.30am on Thursday 7th January.
Slightly longer than normal, but it's been a year like no other.

Our Elf on the Mall is definitely of the naughty variety! Wonderful carol singing too at 5.30pm this evening, in aid of Pieta House and Gena Heraty’s Haiti fund.

Just an 1 hour ago, we had confirmation from the Department of Health that we are an ESSENTIAL SERVICE & so we are delighted and relieved to be able to continue providing eye care for you. Further information to follow. We will continue with ALL the hygiene protocols we already have in place, full PPE, temperature checks & strict closed door policy. We really feel for those businesses which will have to close until 1st December & hope that they're reassured that they will have our support when they reopen. Lets all shop local.
