I'm calling this my morning Meno mix.... Lots of gut healthy, immune boosting, hormonal balancing blends all in one morning drink.....
Spirulina, chlorella, maca, ashwaganda, mexican wild yam, sage, pumpkin seeds, flax, cayenne pepper, cacao powder.... So yummy altogether...
My workshop space is nearly there... I'll be back to some healthy eating workshops very soon... Like or comment to keep seeing my posts....

Are you sick of buying avocados and they go in the bin when not used at the right time?
I often buy a few at a time, put them in the bowl with Bananas 🍌 for a day or two until they are just right, then chop them into pieces, freeze on a tray then transfer to a zip lock bag ready for smoothies 🙌

So much info out there is around HRT but have you considered the following things also?
