Hi lovelies , hope you are very well ☺️ please find my updated wellness class schedule 🌺 these classes are commencing already this week and will run until end of May , classes will discontinue during the summer months & resume again the beginning of September ☺️

There's lots of classes to choose from here & even if only 1 person books , these classes will go ahead ☺️🧡🫶✨

It is €100 for a 10 class pass
€65 for a 5 class pass
Valid until end May 2026.

Drop in to classes then is €20.

The hot yoga class is going back to 60 minutes for the next 2 months and it will alternate one Thursday Bikram the next ashtanga vinyasa flow.

I do hope you will join me in my wonderfully relaxing & healing & invigorating classes!
