I’ve been shaking up my routine with this creamy banana smoothie; silky, simple, and full of whole-food goodness. 🍌
Here’s what I blend together:
🥣 1 sachet of VMG+™
🍌 1 frozen banana
🥛 200 ml oat milk
🧊 A handful of ice
🌾 1 tbsp oats
🍯 1 tsp agave (or sweetener of choice)
The result? A naturally sweet, vegan, and gluten-free smoothie that’s become my favourite plant-powered boost.
