Join us this weekend for an evidence based, practical, and confidence-building antenatal class, designed to help you prepare for birth and early parenthood with calm and clarity. We’ll cover everything from labour and birth to feeding, recovery, and those precious first days with your baby all in a relaxed, supportive environment.

Here at cuidiu and antenatal Ireland we understand that times can be challenging, and we believe everyone deserves access to high-quality birth education. Another gorgeous morning with .bwi in Barntown community center. Lots of new parents turned out and got set up with their first slings and many others retuned to move on to the next stage. Lots of questions covered with a demo of lots@of different type slings from the wonderful Gill

I always think it’s nice to hear things from this point of view because a doula isn’t just there for the support of the birthing person, we are also there for the partner to make sure they have the best experience possible and feel empowered. It’s their birth experience too after all ❤️

Caring for someone in labour can come with a lot of pressure, especially if you’ve never experienced it before and seeing a loved one labouring can be tough. This is where a doula can help to support you and your family.
