We help men and women suffering with chronic pain, weight issues and women's health and fertility di She has been working in the healthcare field since 1997.

Paula has vast experience and knowledge of both eastern and western medical systems and she uses a combination of both western and eastern medical practices at her clinics. In 2000 she graduated from Trinity College Dublin with a degree in Psychiatric Nursing, RPN. Paula spent a further 7years studying Traditional Chinese Medicine and graduated from the Irish College of Traditional Chinese Medicine (ICTCM) Dublin and hold qualifications in the following modalities of TCM; Licentiate in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Acupuncture, Dip Chinese Herbal Medicine (CHM), Medical Qi Gung (MQG), Cupping, Moxibustion, Facial rejuvenation Acupuncture , Abdominal acupuncture & Diploma TuiNa - Chinese medical massage. Paula has successfully completed clinical internship programs of Tuina and Acupuncture, under the supervision of Zhejiang Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Zhejiang International Exchange Centre of Clinical TCM, in the People’s Republic of China. In addition to being a Traditional Chinese medicine practitioner and registered nurse Paula is also trained in Dr Larocque's Motivation weight management system and is the Wexford Motivation weight management clinic owner. Paula is also a certified Medical Aesthetics Practitioner; she studied with Dr. Kambiz Golchin at the About Face Clinic, Dublin and is qualified in the practice of Anti Wrinkle Injections - Dermal Fillers.

While we do not carry out semen analysis ourselves, male fertility is absolutely part of the conversation.

Clinical semen analysis is done through your GP or fertility clinic.

Fertility is 50 percent egg, 50 percent s***m. It is never just a ‘women’s issue’.

We regularly support men alongside their partners, looking at factors like stress, lifestyle, circulation and overall health, all of which can impact s***m quality.

Unexplained infertility? There is usually more to the story.

I have worked with hundreds of women who were told their fertility struggles were “unexplained.”

But in most cases, when we looked deeper, there was an underlying imbalance or root cause that simply had not been fully explored.
