Monday, Wednesday, Friday 6am to 6.45am
Saturday 9am to 9.45am

45 mins high intensity work using weights and cardio to Burn as many calories as possible

Like all our classes its designed for all levels of fitness💪

PAYG option available
or if you plan on doing a few a week we have Membership options available,

With memberships you can mix and match between our new Burn class🔥, Glutes and Abs🍑, Strength and conditioning🏋♂️, Spinning🚴♀️ and Open gym to get your sessions in 💪
