FIRST AID COURSE 🩹

On 20th February, we completed a first aid course with Instructor Ciara Dowling for the second year.

We covered many topics, from theory on heart attacks, stroke, asthma, bone injuries, seizures, fractures, allergic reactions choking, wounds and much more, to performing CPR, using an AED, how to bandage different injuries, how to use an epi pen.

Thank you to Ciara for providing such an intensive, full of information and interactive course. First aid is very worthwhile qualification to have, and we are delighted to have some first aiders in our presence!

Congratulations to the Bree Debating team of Eddie Casey, Mark Waters, and Sarah Byrne on winning the National Novice Debating Final in Kilkenny over the weekend!

Best of luck to the novice debating team of Eddie, Mark, and Sarah who will compete in the National Finals this weekend.

The final will take place in the Ormonde Hotel in Kilkenny with the debate starting at 8 o’clock sharp!

KEHOE FARM WALK & ROBOTICS TOUR 🐄

Join us for a behind-the-scenes look at Kehoe’s Farm on Friday 27th February at 7:30pm.

On Kehoe’s farm we will learn how their cows are fully housed and calve all year round, look at their 3 Lely robots, and talk about grain & feed as well!
