How many hours a week of weight lifting do you need to commit to build muscle?
For a beginner, all you need to commit is 2 - 3 hours per week. If you commit and do it consistently with a structured and progressive programme.
- After a few months, you will see and feel changes.
- After a year you will see significant changes.
- After 2 years, you could be after completely changing your physique.
Would you build faster with doing 4 - 5 days?
- Yes, but I think most people would struggle to commit to that sustainably .
Would a good nutrition plan help?
Absolutely, but you can make significant changes also by just doing the basics well.
There's not many things you can do for 2- 3 hours a week that will give you the physical, mental and longevity benefits extra strength & muscle mass will give you. 💪
