✨ Solas An Croí – Healing and Guidance ✨

Hey everyone,

The page has been quiet for a while because I’ve had some real health issues to deal with that are ongoing, and a lot has happened in my life recently. I’ve also been going through some big emotional moments, including losing someone very close to me who had a huge influence on my life.

The past few months have been full of soul searching, and through it all, I’ve felt really guided to return to my spiritual and intuitive/ Energy work. This work is such a big part of who I am, and I feel called to get back into it fully.

I’ve also been learning breathwork facilitation and meditation, which have been such a huge help in my own life. I’m excited about sharing these tools with clients and groups in the coming months as well.

I spent some time meditating, setting intentions, and reflecting on a new name for the page, and Solas an Chroí: Intuitive Guidance and Energy Work came through. The name, the imagery, and the feel are all about grounding, reconnecting, and getting back to myself.

I’ll be offering sessions again soon and am working to get everything in place so I can start posting more regularly. I’m really looking forward to helping people as much as I can through the gifts I’ve been given, and I’m grateful to step back into this space with a renewed sense of purpose.
