We flew to London for one night and somehow lived a lifetime.
A church full of hearts cracked wide open.
A hundred souls breathing and rising together.
Love and laughs with our Irish crew, guidance from our mentor, a mini-doc filmed, and a hotel breathwork n kundalini session that probably shook the walls 😂

The Phoenix continues to rise — again and again. 🔥✨
